A network of independent developers

Full-stack & cross-platform mobile software, shipped like production from day one.

TGB connects you with independent freelance developers who team up per project — not a fixed agency roster, and not an anonymous marketplace. You hire the network; we assemble whoever's right for the job, from a first commit to a Play Store release to years of live maintenance. Working with clients everywhere.

About TGB

We ship production code — not prototypes.

TGB is a network of independent freelance developers, not a fixed agency roster or an anonymous marketplace. You hire the network — we connect you with whoever's right for the project, and it's not necessarily the same developers every time. Today that network is anchored by Ashutosh Gupta, a Full Stack Software Developer at Digital Dream Systems, Prayagraj, who's spent the last few years shipping real software: a construction-certification booking platform used across the UK, a multi-tenant college ERP, a face-recognition attendance system with 7,000+ active users, and a fleet-tracking app migrated to Kotlin Multiplatform for ~85% code sharing across Android and iOS.

  • Direct communication and root-cause debugging — not quick patches that come back later.
  • Minimal, targeted changes on live client systems — nothing gets broken to look busy.
  • Detailed documentation and commit history on everything shipped.
  • Clear scope and an iterative feedback loop, from first call to launch.

How it works

From first message to shipped software

Scope the problem

A short call or written brief to understand what you actually need — not a generic discovery questionnaire.

Fixed plan, clear estimate

You get a concrete scope, timeline, and cost before any code is written — no open-ended hourly guessing.

Build in the open

Regular updates and working builds along the way, not a single reveal at the end.

Ship and support

Launch, then ongoing maintenance if you need it — the same person who built it stays reachable.

Common questions

Before you reach out

How fast can you start a new project?
I'm currently accepting new projects and can usually start within one to two weeks of scoping, depending on the size of the engagement.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — I work remotely with clients worldwide, including an ongoing UK-based construction-certification platform. Communication happens over email and calls, scheduled around your time zone.
What's your pricing model?
After scoping the project, you get a fixed plan with a clear estimate and timeline before any code is written — not open-ended hourly billing.
Can you take over a codebase someone else built?
Yes — that's the Project Maintenance & Management service. I read and understand the existing codebase before making any changes, and keep fixes minimal and targeted so I don't break what already works.
Do you sign NDAs and transfer full code ownership?
Yes — I'll sign an NDA before scoping if needed, and you get full ownership of the code and IP on delivery.
How is Kotlin Multiplatform different from Flutter or React Native?
KMP compiles natively on each platform instead of running through a bridge or a single rendering engine, so you get real native performance while still sharing business logic — around 85% code sharing between Android and iOS on a shipped project.
